The Geometry of Healing
Wow. I just finished teaching an advanced Zero Balancing class, The Geometry of Healing, to a group of skilled, conscious, dedicated, and insightful ZB practitioners. We laughed a lot, we cried some. We expanded into new possibilities of healing for ourselves and our clients by learning how to access information in the field. Information like self-limiting beliefs, early childhood traumas, blockades to our full potential, roller coasters, lazy rivers, cannonballs, wings lifted, and lights shining brightly. What does it mean to access information in the field and what does it have to with healing?
Energy fields exist; they are measurable and palpable. In medicine, EEGs, EKGs, and MRIs measure activity in energy fields. If you’ve ever walked into Fenway Park (or any other stadium) for a game on a summer night, you’ve likely felt the field alive with anticipation. Imagine entering the same house of worship twice, once for a wedding, once for a funeral, and sense the difference in the field within. Radar, metal detectors, WiFi. There are fields within fields. The field of our Geometry of Healing class was established within the field of Eden which is within the field of Vermont. I can attest that with every class, every Zero Balancing session, the field of Eden is more enlivened, stronger and clearer.
Learning to work with energy fields opens new dimensions in healing. In Zero Balancing we mostly work with energy fields accessible within (and yet not limited to) the body. And we can often see the effects of that work in the environment beyond the body, in behavior, relationships, creative expression, and the unfolding of an individual’s full potential.
To understand how that might work, we look to the newer sciences. Many leading theories of reality consider that reality, including our personal and collective energy fields, our memory, even our vision, is likely holographic. A hologram is a medium that stores information via interference wave patterns. It can store multiple layers or dimensions of information depending on the angle and relationships of vibratory waves imprinted upon it. This information is stored in complex geometric patterns called interference wave patterns which you might imagine to look like the overlapping ripples created when dropping a bunch of pebbles into water. Accessing the information that created these interference waves requires shining light through the medium, which results in a three dimensional representation of whatever was captured on the medium.
A person’s energy field can hold all kinds of information from their life experiences (and beyond) which can be accessed through touch within tension patterns palpable in the body tissues. Sometimes a person may be aware of inner content or memory, sometimes it is hidden in the subconscious realms. With skilled touch, intention, attention, and clear boundaries, a practitioner of ZB can shine the light of awareness, theirs and consequentially their client’s, through the holographic field and access the information that created the tension patterns. Because the ZBer has her hands on bone which carries the deepest and most essential information of who a person is at their core, as the client accesses tension patterns that no longer serve them, these less-true patterns tend to dissolve into the greater field of true essence. Symptoms (body, mind, emotion, spirit) caused by non-essential tension are then relieved, the person is free of outdated programs running their life, the freed energy is recycled into their field, and life gets better. BAM.
